10 FUNNY THINGS NEWBORNS DO

Newborns can be exhausting, you don’t get enough sleep and they are a lot of work.
But they can also be so much fun.

You thought you could nurse your baby, change his clothes, put him into the car seat and off you go?

But instead, you nurse him.
Change your clothes because your baby burped all over you.
Change your baby.
Change him again because just when you took out a fresh diaper he decided to pee.
You clean up the mess.
Nurse him again.
Change his clothes because he spit himself this time.
Then, you need to use the bathroom and put your baby in his crib.
Change him again because, well…you know…
Then diaper change.
Nursing etc etc and finally you end up calling off your appointment.
Who doesn’t know days like this?

I guess we have all had our fair share. But luckily our baby doesn’t only give us a hard time but also lots of reasons to laugh.

Funny lol moments with baby

• When your baby behaves like a little cat, he pushes against your hand when you place it on her head or front
• When your baby holds on to your fingers so tight that she is able to swing back and forth like a little monkey
• When puffing air onto the baby’s face and she holds her breath. Are you sure you have brushed your teeth today?
• Talking of breath, when your baby breathes as if she had just run a marathon and then just stop breathing and then breathes very rapidly again
• When your baby rolls her eyes and makes faces. Oh, no, this wasn’t about anything you said, she is just falling asleep
• When your baby looks right through you, cross-eyed
• When you say “bang” very loud and your baby puts her arms up “please don’t shoot”.
• When your baby gets angry and makes those Gremlin sounds which are really cute but also really funny
• Speaking of sounds, when your baby makes joyful or gnarling sounds while feeding
• When your baby has the hiccup, this can be really loud
• When you place your baby on your belly and she starts to romp and sniff like a little dog trying to find food
• When your baby smiles at you for the first time – just to fart directly afterwards
